Fascia/UPVC Cleaning
A thorough Fascia Wash involves the exterior cleaning of UPVC gutters, Fascia, soffits (cladding) and exterior of downpipes. This can make a huge difference to the look of your home.We use a range of safe chemicals, and for the majority of cleans they are non-abrasive, and so will not damage or scratch the plastics.
We offer 3 levels of cleaning: For most, we spray on a loosening chemical agent, then use the water fed brushes to agitate the dirt then rinse. This will usually give a completely satisfactory result. However, if you prefer a more concentrated clean, then using ladders we will go close up using small brushes to achieve a deep clean.
A level 3 fascia clean is utilised when the plastic has been neglected too long, stains can become immovable without abrasive cleaning, and so we use more aggressive techniques and chemicals.
